lemme guess, he got his law degree in a Cracker Jack box.

the individual mandate is not a proper "regulation of interstate commerce". Since when did doing nothing (i.e NOT purchasing a product) constitute 'interstate commerce'?

If this is allowed to stand, there is NOTHING that the government couldn't force you to do on the pretext that you are 'affecting interstate commerce'.
