I just wish the jobs picture would improve faster.

The jobs graph is misleading. It does not show employment getting better; it merely shows that fewer people are losing jobs which is to be expected when fewer and fewer people have jobs to lose.

According to this graph, when the last person with a job loses that job, then the economic recovery will have succeeded because the graph will show only one job lost.

We need to see jobs gained charts to know any recovery is taking place.

indigo,

for your premise to be scary, the u.s. has to be nearing the loss of every one in the complete total of jobs; that is to say, the lessening of job loss is only scary if there are literally no more jobs to be lost.

we are far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, very, very, very very far, really really not only merely far, but even most sincerely far, from that point.

so i'm sorry, but i'm not upset about the fact that jobs are being lost at a much slower rate on a monthly basis than under bush.
