sarah, palin tall

be afraid...be very afraid: palin fuels presidential rumors: ‘i like’ the sound of ‘president palin.’

yesterday, sarah palin was greeted by a throng of supporters in the villages, florida — a retirement community northwest of orlando. (glenn beck visited the same town this past weekend.) there were shouts of “we love you sarah!” and “we want you to be president!” from the crowd. and palin did plenty to stoke their hopes:

“i addressed her as ‘president palin,’ ” said debbie mcmillan of orlando. “she said, ‘i like that very much — i could live with that.’” […]

sheila schulte, 54, a resident of the villages who was wearing a button on a red, white and blue scarf that read “sarah palin for president 2012,” leaned over and thanked palin for serving as a great inspiration.

palin responded, “you’re welcome and i like your pin.”
wait...it gets worse:

palin was asked during an interview with fox news’s “fox & friends” about the chances that she “would run on a ticket with fox’s own glenn beck,” as the conservative outlet newsmax reported might be a possibility in 2012.

“i saw that, i saw that; he probably got a kick out of that,” palin said. “it was just a hoot, too, to hear such a thing.”

“i don’t know,” she said. “we’ll see, we’ll see.”

palin did not specifically tell newsmax that she was considering a run with beck but did tout the controversial television and radio host as “bold” during her interview with the conservative magazine.

“glenn beck, i have great respect for,” she said. “he gets his message across in such a clever way.”

“he calls it like he sees it, and he's very, very, very effective,” palin added.
so is ebola.

So I guess the Republicans will be competing for her Veep spot to be ready when she resigns.

Glenn Beck is clever & Sarah is a viable candidate.

I think I'm gonna be sick!

If a majority of voters are stupid enough to replace Obama with Palin in three years, then... I suppose I'll pretty much know everything that needs to be known, won't I? Snark, sarcasm, humor, satire, ironic musings -- they'll all be dead. There won't be anything left for any of us to do, aside from me and mahakal taking turns posting video clips.

But there are plenty of people who will pay good money to be clubbed in the head who are permitted to run around loose. It could happen...

An erstwhile half term governor of Alaska is not a serious candidate, inasmuch as she quit and that is the one unforgivable political sin.

Anyhow, the music videos are way better than politics, I think. :)
