faux rolls wrong video

and they say that heads will roll. but you know they will list the names of those they fired and then put a (d) beside their name.

yeah..."regrettable" mistake. like giving the right wing talking point channel a broadcasting license in the first place?

our bloggy buddy, john amato, over at crooks and liars, is filing an fcc complaint against faux for this obvious manipulation of fact.

FOx is a cable outlet. People pay for the content, so I don't think the FCC has any authority to do anything about it. The FTC can go after them for false advertising, though, for calling themselves a "News" channel. If that isn't false advertising, I don't know what is.
