cbs news is confirming that sixty minutes' don hewitt has passed.

wouldn't it be an interesting 60 minutes story to report on what mr. hewitt's healthcare during his battle with cancer was like and how much it cost.

Sorry but 'passing' is something I do in my car or when I have excess intestinal gas.

Don Hewitt died. He was a decent newsman & did many good things for CBS and this country. But he is now dead, not passed.
Joined the choir invisible.
tipped the canoe.
bought the farm.
kacked.
checked out.
joined the circle of angels.
even, FSM forbid, returned to his maker but please please please he did not pass anything.
