put them both in jail

none of this stupid "house arrest" stuff. you know that if they weren't white and rich they'd be in the slammer.

I am not entirely sure that the white part is a "slam-dunk" as to the "Why" of this piece of crap, his wife, his sons and all the folks that work for him being out of jail at this moment...but it sure does seem like it was a factor....
"White Collar Crime" is a HUGE factor in the economic mess we are in at this very moment...if not "THE" factor...
We can't arrest everyone ...but I think there are probably at least few thousand that could be deprived of their riches, and their wealth, and their freedom...
I have been the town crier for far too long in my neck 'o the woods about ,"Hear Ye, Hear Ye...The Rich Grow Richer, Poor are getting more so..."...
And coincidently it did not make me popular nor wealthier..not to speak of wealthier..no I can't speak of that...

Well, this clearly makes her a willing co-conspirator. Too bad they're one of the annointed ones and will never face a fair trial, hard prison time or recompense. That's what makes America great, don't ya see?
