from the "tell us something we don't know" dept.

cnn reports that awol is leaving office less popular than nixon:

the all-time low on the public's mood may have something to do with the poll's finding that president bush is the most unpopular president since approval ratings were first sought more than six decades ago. seventy-six percent of those questioned in the poll disapprove of how he is handling his job.

that's an all-time high in cnn polling and in gallup polling dating back to world war ii.

"no other president's disapproval rating has gone higher than 70 percent. bush has managed to do that three times so far this year," holland said. "that means that bush is now more unpopular than richard nixon was when he resigned from office during watergate with a 66 percent disapproval rating."

Y'know, there oughta be a mercy rule in Presnidettin that says if you're unapproval rating is higher than 65% you have to resign.

Unpopular you say??? Unpopular????
Not at all....I'd wager that without his steady handed guidance at the financial tiller or our country we'd be in some real bad shape now thanks to activist judges and the Liberal /tax'n'spend Democratic congress....
He Is a wartime President that I daresay singlehandedly kept our flag and our skins safe from terrerusts...
If he hadn't come along ( sent by GOD ) we would all be Gay Married to our pets by now...again due to activist judges and Democrats...
I dare say we wont again be Blessed to have such a giant in our midsts..
Unpopular??? I would suggest that just as Hitler in WW2 Germany, and Nero in Ancient Rome...we simply did not deserve such as him....
Sigh......


And I'd like to think we never will...
