I'm going to be writing about this later. The gall of Rice complaining about Putin is beyond belief.

We need to do something about our own "unitary executive" before we talk about other countries.

If the Bush administration wasn't doing so much damage to the world, I'd be making popcorn and serving drinks as we watch it self-destruct. It's the worst administration ever, but ya gotta admit, it puts on one hell of a show...
