who really values "american values?"

today the u.s. senate fell four votes short of restoring habeas corpus, the fundamental constitutional right of individuals to challenge government detention, which the republican congress revoked in last year's military commissions act. - the nation via yahoo

the democrats need to stand up to the mike on radio or tv and call these people to task. show some freakin' spine and fight for our constitution and country back. call these people what they are..people who hate america and are hellbent on destroying it from within.

Warner just said he will not vote for the Webb amendment, he and McCain are going to hitch up and form their own amendment. One more chicken shit bastard to add to the list of cowards.

The two Kansas Senators are notorious for wanting to control everything and imprison anyone they want to call bad names. They are foresworn, having broken their oaths of office, and if they really believe in God they should be terrified of dying.
