they "can not recall"

the name of the company monitoring the white house's emails.
the white house will not identify a private company which appears to be involved in the disappearance of millions of white house e-mails. - abc news
usually, if a company can't remember the name of a company that did some work for them, they go to the accounting department and find out who they made the check out to. follow the money. but somehow, i think in this case, that's precisely what this administration doesn't want anyone to do.

Actually, there's nothing in the story about not recalling. Just one large raised middle finger, aimed right at us. And at a spineless Congress.
