the scallywag spineless democratic congresscritters are willing to sell out...cheaply.
...almost immediately after the democrats enacted the new fisa, the bush white house and dni mike mcconnell began demanding that congress quickly go further by providing retroactive immunity to telecom companies who participated in warrantless eavesdropping by shielding them from the consequences of having broken the law.
