why can't the corporate media and the invertebrate dems just use that word?

appearing on meet the press today, matthew cooper, one of the reporters to whom rove spoke about plame, said rove’s version of the story was hard to believe. “i think he was dissembling to put it charitably,” said cooper. “to imply that he didn’t know about [plame’s identity], or that he heard it in some rumor out in the hallways, is nonsense.” - think progress

(cue the stephanie miller music....)

and emptywheel notices how much rove's story matches up with libby's...you know, the one where the jury determined it to be a deliberate and felonious lie?

and why can 't ANYONE say LIE....geez....and why the hell is rove out everywhere spewing??? yuck...I ran out of TUMS before noon...
