we’re working out what we think shold be the democrats key themes in the 2006 campaign. short and sweet, like the msm like’s 'em is the byword. so far the list is compromised of

1. the republican party is responsible for the greates foreign policy failure in the history of the united states – iraq.
2. the republican party is responsible for the greates domestic policy failure in the history of the united states – katrina.

we note these memes have the aesthetic advantages of clarity, brevity and truth. we’re pleased to report that the sage mr. greenwald today has inspired our third 2006 meme:
