the million hit skippy-a-thon -- day 4

we've been awake for well over two hours on this grueling skippy-a-thon, and everyone's generous work is finally paying off.

helping us with our goal of reaching a million visitors exactly on our 3rd blogiversary of july 10 and/or july 13, are several blogs recently linking to our link to a link to a radio interview with skippy. along with the previous well-wishers, we'd like to give a shout out and deepest thanks to:

our good friend talkleft who was one of our original, and still one of our biggest, supporters in blogtopia (and yes! we coined that phrase! although talkleft coined the phrase "blogiversary!");

our brilliantly subversive buddy maru the crankpot over at wtf is it now?, also one of our earliest supporters;

the erudite dave johnson at seeing the forest;

the always entertaining norwegianity;

the fascinating jill at brilliant at breakfast (tho we're not sure if she means her thoughts are more lucid early in the day or she makes a damn fine omlette);

and some new folks we just met: steveaudio, the one woman wrecking crew, tattered coat (who mentions our correct assertion that there is no such thing as a "sphere" in cyberspace, e.g., no "blogosphere") and semi-quark. we are happily adding all of these blogs to our permanent blogroll if they aren't already there.
