brian blog

via tv newser via aol, comes a reuters report that nbc prez jeffrey zucker is considering blogs for his top news anchors.

i don't know why brian williams isn't blogging right now," zucker said of the anchor of nbc's top-rated evening news program who took the helm after veteran journalist tom brokaw stepped down in december.

hmmm...why isn't brian williams blogging...let's consider that...

that rush limbaugh was hilarious again today. he just cracks me up. i'd link to his comments but i haven't figured out that huml code yet. but i sure would like a little bit of that daryn kagen if you know what i mean...

did my hair again today. i go ahead and spring for l'oreal spray. it's the best for hair like mine. it's expensive, but i'm worth it.

i think i'll spray it again before i go on the chris matthews show to talk about why news is best when professionals handle it...

you know, for an old gal that andrea mitchell can be pretty hot. she was getting all up shapiro's face today about not getting enough air time, and when she lays down the law, oh mama, she's something! i can't bear to think about her in bed with greenspan. talk about your depressed economy, ha ha, that's an economy joke...

david shuster says he loves this blogging stuff. i'm not too sure i understand it. it's a one-way conversation, no give and take. it's like doing the news, except nobody can see you. so what's the point of that?

what does shuster know, he's still in the field, and i'm the king of the hill here at the anchor desk. why, i haven't been a field reporter since...oh, that's right! i was never a field reporter! in your face, shuster!

i remember what i was going to say about congress...nobody was more suprised than i was when delay admitted armstrong williams was his secret pool boy! not that there's anything wrong with that, i suppose...

you know what's really fun? after i knock back a few jaggers late at night, i phone up dan rather, and when he answers, i just whisper "courage," and hang up! ha! sometimes i say, "what's the frequency, kenneth?" i'm driving him nuts, i bet!
